Independent assembly area divided into wire cutting, stripping, crimping, assembly, semi-finished inspection stations. Long assembly conveyor line realizes streamlined production, workers complete wiring assembly according to standardized operation guidance, to improve production efficiency and reduce human error.
独立组装区域划分为裁线、剥线、压接、成品组装、半成品检测工位。长条流水线实现流程化作业，员工按照标准作业指导书完成线束装配，提升生产效率同时降低人为不良率。

Professional QC lab equipped with full set of reliability testing instruments: cable bending tester, plug force durability tester, DC low resistance tester, salt spray corrosion tester, microscope, IR reflow oven, video measuring machine. Each batch finished goods of DTECH (HK) LTD. must complete sampling aging and environmental simulation test before delivery.
专业品控实验室配套全套可靠性检测仪器：线材摇摆试验机、插拔力耐久测试仪、直流低电阻测试仪、盐雾腐蚀试验机、金相显微镜、IR回流炉、二次元影像测量仪。DTECH (HK) LTD.每批次成品出货前必须完成抽样老化、环境模拟可靠性测试。
